A winter extravaganza and rockin’ party await you at Ice Bar. Year after year, Harbor Hotel Collection properties in New York and Maine dazzle guests with winter’s hottest party to benefit local charities. The hotels’ magnificent grounds are transformed into adult playgrounds with over 25,000 pounds of ice meticulously carved into magnificent ice sculptures, martini ice luges, and the coolest bars in town. Adding to the revelry are roaring fire pits, live music, delectable hors d’oeuvres and festive cocktails. At our hotels in New York, the evening ends with an amazing fireworks display streaking across the night sky.
